The World Reimagined

Region

Southwark

This exhibition is the culmination of intergenerational and international conversations explored through The World Reimagined’s Triangle of Unity Learning Programme. Each Globe captures the pupils’ reflections on heritage, identity, and our shared environment, offering powerful insights from the next generation. By amplifying young voices and their creative responses, The World Reimagined aims to strengthen community connection and promote deeper understanding across the UK.

About the Globe

This globe is about being brave, supporting each other, and having hope. It shows that the world isn’t always fair, so we used darker colours to show problems and bright colours to show hope for the future. Our artwork reminds people to stand up for themselves and for others. It shows that everyone can help make the world a fairer and more peaceful place if we work together and are brave enough to take action.

About the Globe

This globe is about fairness, who we are, and how we are all connected. We used nature pictures and symbols to show ideas like justice, power, and British culture. The flags show where our families come from and help us feel proud of our roots and the journeys our families made in the past. Our artwork asks people to think about their own background and remember that everyone is connected. It encourages us to be kind, respectful, and to celebrate our differences.

About the Globe

This globe is about being proud of who we are and taking care of the world. We used lots of symbols to show ideas like fairness, respect, and looking after the planet. In the centre, we included Bob Marley because he stood up for what he believed in and was proud of his Jamaican culture. Words like courage, justice, equality, and hope appear around the globe because these are important values everyone should share. Our artwork also shows how countries are connected through history and how we are all affected by climate change today. We want people to feel included, confident, and inspired to speak up and make a difference.

About the Globe

This globe shows how people from different backgrounds can come together as one. It represents our different cultures and where we come from, while also showing how we are all connected in our school. We included parts of our own cultures as well as symbols of Britain to show how many histories can share the same place. The globe also shows climate change and how it affects the places our families come from. It reminds us that what we do now can change the future of our planet.

About the Globe

This globe tells a story about animals that are in danger of disappearing forever. We showed endangered animals to help people see how delicate and special they are. Our artwork reminds everyone that humans can hurt the planet, but we can also help protect it. We want people to think about their choices and understand that it’s our job to look after the Earth. If we care and take action now, we can help save these animals before it’s too late.

About the Globe

Stamps connecting us across countries, across lives, interconnection for understanding and togetherness. Identity isn’t fixed it’s a combination of histories and experiences.

Each stamp, in its journey from one place to another, carries with it a story that links people across borders and backgrounds. Through these small but significant tokens, we are reminded of the deep interconnections that exist between our lives, promoting a spirit of togetherness.   Our identities, much like the stamps we exchange, are not set in stone. They are shaped and reshaped by the multitude of histories and experiences that we gather over time. This dynamic blend forms the foundation of who we are, highlighting the importance of recognising the diversity and complexity within each individual and community.

About the Globe

Strong voices drive change, inspiring younger generations into action and to speak up for what is right.

By witnessing these examples, younger generations are motivated to challenge injustices and uphold values of fairness and integrity within their own communities. The influence of these strong voices sparks action and can cultivate a sense of responsibility in young people. As they become engaged in social and environmental causes, their collective efforts contribute to building a society that values equity, respect, and the well-being of all members.

About the Globe

Climate change and armed conflict have a profound impact on communities that are indigenous, frequently leading to their displacement and uprooting from ancestral lands.

These pressures threaten not only the physical safety of these groups but also their cultural identities and traditional ways of life, which are often tied to the natural environment. In this context, it becomes even more important to celebrate the beauty of our natural world and to cherish the environment that sustains both people and culture.
